DRESS MEASUREMENT

For online shoppers

Stop guessing your size.

Every brand sizes differently. Dress Measurement compares your actual measurements against the size chart for any supported brand and tells you which size to order, with a confidence rating so you know how certain the match is.

Guessing your size is a hidden tax on online shopping

Sizing is inconsistent across brands by design. A size medium in one brand can be two sizes apart from a medium in another, even within the same category. When you guess, you either over-order multiple sizes to compare, or you return items and wait for the right one. Both cost money, time, and shipping on both sides.

The root problem is that most size charts are measured in body dimensions, but the information presented to shoppers at checkout is just a letter or number with no way to verify it against your body. Dress Measurement bridges that gap.

The scale of this is not small. In 2026, roughly 44 to 50% of apparel returns are fit-related, and about 63% of consumers now bracket orders: buying multiple sizes with the intention of returning the ones that do not fit. That is expensive for everyone, and it is the default only because better information was not available.

Take your measurements once, get recommendations forever

You measure yourself once and save your measurements to a profile. From that point forward, you can check your size in any supported brand without re-measuring. Body measurements do not change often; most people need to update them only when their weight changes significantly or after a fitting for a special occasion.

The app supports multiple profiles, so you can also save measurements for family members and check their sizes when shopping for them.

Confidence ratings keep returns down

Every recommendation comes with a confidence level: high, medium, or low. High confidence means all your measurements align cleanly with one size. Medium means most do, but one sits near a boundary. Low means your proportions span more than one size range and you should look more carefully before ordering.

Knowing the confidence level upfront tells you whether it is safe to order once or wise to order two sizes. That information alone can pay for months of Tailor Shop, but it is free on the Free tier too.

Free for every shopper

Size recommendations are free on every tier, including the Free tier. You do not need a subscription to check your size in any supported brand. The Free tier also includes up to 7 profiles on iPhone and Android, manual measurement entry in cm and in, Body Scan with your phone camera, and PDF export.

The Tailor Shop subscription adds unlimited profiles, custom measurements, photos, notes, and CSV export. It is designed for professional tailors and those who manage measurements for others, but everything a casual online shopper needs is already in the Free tier.
